Collective Haul.

Ot oh...I've been shopping again...

My haul is twofold- it's partially online goodies and partially in store buys. The two this I've been craving faux fur items and a new pair of ankle boots. I think I've got my fix with both of these cravings!

Boots H&M- I am in love. I've wanted a new pair of boots for this AW14. Being a chunkier lady, the search for boots of any kind can be a long and unfulfilling process. With ankle boots I don't want them to look like they're cutting into my fat legs or accentuate my fat legs and small feet. Perseverance has paid off with these bad boys! The double zip fronts are the key to them being such a good fit annnndddd I love the chunky heels and biker style ribbing. Love. £29.99

Blue dress H&M- this is nothing short of ethereal perfection. It's lacey organza details are divine and I cannot believe it was only £17.99!

Bone necklace H&M- this was a bargain and I love it. I love how it's really subtle but clearly is two bones. Anddddd it was only £2.99.

Eyeshadow duo H&M- a very AW duo this was a total till-buy but I couldn't resist for £1.99.

Monochrome handbag Primark- this is a Primark rarity with it's silver metalwork. I love the vintage feel of this bag and the monochrome means it will go with pretty much everything. And it was only £8!

Houndstooth collar dress Primark- this is totally my kind of dress with it's collar and girly skater style skirt. £13

Reversible scarf Primark- I love the look of this chunky reversable scarf and for only £6, it's a lovely addition to my winter accessories.

Black faux fur clutch Topshop- I can't justify this in any other way than: it's.a.faux.fur.bag. £28

WOWZERS, that's a haul! I hope you're all OK, thanks for stopping by x

Faux Fur Friends- Wishlist.

I have forever been a fan of faux fur and this season it has taken over fashion! Handbags, shoes and coats are all covered in faux fur of all different colours, patterns and styles. And I am in love! I've picked my four favourite items from the high street that I'm seconds away from buying everytime I see them online. I think the New Look shoes are oh so 90s but I reckon I could pull them off lol. Thanks for stopping by x

Faux fur clutch bags- Topshop £28 each.

Faux fur stole- ASOS £30.

Faux fur shoes- New Look £24.99.

Primark AW14 Pre-Season Haul.

What delights I have to share with you all my lovelies! Without intention, I stumbled across some gorgeous Primark AW14 goodies that I just couldn't resist. I'm an AW fashion girl all the way and this haul pretty much encompasses why: studs, gunmetal, monochrome, pearls and boots. The only things missing are lace and fur (but the season hasn't even begun!). I fell head over heels for this monochrome pinafore dress it is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s! I love the length of the skirt as they're usually dead short and it's super retro looking AND it was a a bargain £8! I loved this bag so much I bought it twice, oops! It's got a super cool chain shoulder strap and I know I'll use these two bags so much over the coming months. Despite only being able to wear them in one ear, I really like these chain/pearl combo earrings- they feel very Chanel to me. Finally these boots- my first venture into Chelsea boots I think these were a bargain at £18 and look very trendy. I hope you're all OK- let me know what you're looking out for this AW14! Thanks for stopping by x

Primark Haul.

I recently feel like I've been inspired by bloggers and people I see irl to try new fashion trends and styles. Over the past couple of years I've slowly gotten more into wearing colour and prints; not just black all the time! In this haul are a couple of things that I'd never thought I'd see myself buy! One such item is the beaded trophy jacket- this is simply stunning! I'm still umming and ahhing about whether to keep it tbh but it was a bargain £23 so I don't feel too bad about it- imagine how much this would cost in Topshop?! Another 'not me' item that I purchased is a tan coloured trench coat with faux leather sleeves and detailing; this coat looks so expensive and is lovely and, bonus, it's got a hood. I was totally inspired by LLYMLRS's Aerosmith outfit post on this one!

Moving away from the coats and jackets, the main thing I was looking for was some monochrome check pants. I fell in love with these pants which are totally out on my comfort zone! I also got a grey cardigan with cute little black hearts all over it and some awesome Star Wars pj pants. In terms of accessories, I had to hold myself back! I finally caved and bought some oh-so-90s jelly shoes in this stunning glitter petrol blue colour. I also got these faux suede loafers with bows on because they're really pretty but also have comfy cushioning sections on the inside of the shoe.

I'm loving this Marc Jacobs style clutch bag for a bargain £6! I think it'll go with loads of my clothes and outfits. I also bought a super cute ring and a floral bun bobble thing lol. Finally, I am in love with these gaudy semi-transparent baroque inspired photo frames for a cheapo £3 each! Phew, that is quite a haul! I hope you're all OK, thanks for stopping by x

Haulin' Ass.

Accessories all from Primark; Shoes- Topshop; Mint Polka Dot tshirt, Grey Collared Dress, Mint Beaded Dress, Denim Lace Embellished Dress all from Primark; Bed Quilt-  Primark; Alice&You Dress- Simply Be; Navy Polka Dot Dress- New Look.

Accessories all from Primark.

My mum took me shopping on Friday and treated me (OK, more like spoilt me rotten) so I thought I'd share with you my new goodies! Can I just say, I think that the high street is on fire atm, they're making such lovely but wearable clothes at really good prices. I think the recent burst of summer weather has inspired me to buy some more colourful, pretty summery clothes.

I've picked up some lovely dresses so I'm covered for both daytime and nighttime! I've got a work night out coming up in June so I'm gonna save the beaded mint one for then I think. I've got some super girly floral headbands which I'm sure will be gracing many festivals with other people, but alas not with little me! I fell in love with this top quilt and it was a bargain at £30- I've seen them for hundreds before. I think these sunglasses are my favourite purchase with their multicoloured floral detail but I'm also loving the pastel coloured clear makeup bag set. I hope you're all OK, thanks for stopping by x

My Favourite Handbags.

As you may or may not have noticed, I'm a massive fan of handbags. I'm a fan of all sorts of handbags from classic black bags to quirky colourful numbers. I thought I'd share with you a selection of my favourite handbags from my (embarrassingly) large collection of handbags.

1. Iron Fist Unicorn Bag- I've had this bags for about 5years now and it's still going strong! I used to use this bag for uni to haul my millions of files and notepads in and now I use it for work. This is also my go-to bag for day-trips and for going away as you can fit so much in it! I love the pastel colours and the unicorn print! It's got a super cute pink lining with white polka dots on it. It's just super practical and still looks good as new!
2. Pastel Blue Bag, Dorothy Perkins- this is one of the newer bags in my collection and is perfect for Spring/Summer. I think it looks really chic and sophisticated with it's clean silver metal bar on the flap but it's also cute because of the colour. I like using this if I go out for a meal because it's nice and small.
3. Black Cube Bag, Primark- this is my favourite 'everyday' bag. I love that it's go two main sections as it makes organisation really easy and I like to know where all my things are for easy access! I like the contrast between the suede effect and the croc effect and it's super soft and slouchy. It's just a very 'easy' bag to wear.
4. Mini-Satchels, Primark- I like this bag so much I bought it twice! It was super cheap so I bought the polka dot one first and then the pink one but it was available in loads of shades and patterns. It's just a nice, small standard bag and they're great for travel as they're so light and small to fit into your suitcase.
5. Plastic Basket, H&M- ahhhh my love. This is my bag of the moment; I literally use it everyday when I'm not working. It's super quirky and unusual and I love that you can see what's inside because it makes me keep it tidy and clutter-free! It also means I can show off my Ted Baker ipad case!
6. Lemon Box Bag, M&S Limited Collection- another recent addition to the collection, I fell for this because it's so unusual. I love the pastel yellow shade and that it's a structured box bag.
7. Monochrome Mod Bag, M&S Limited Collection- this was my staple bag in AW13 and it will be making a comeback this year no doubt! It's super 1960s and I love the chunky handle on the top.
8. Leather Pale Blue Satchel, M&S Best of British- this is the bag to end all bags. This is the most I've ever spent in anything ever but I'm still in love with it. Made by the makers on Mulberry handbags, I know that this will last me a lifetime and I love the soft slouchy leather it's made out of.

So there you have my top 8 handbags! I'd love to know what your fave handbag is, or one that you're lusting after! Thanks for stopping by x

When Life Gives You Lemons...

Dress- Warehouse
Leggings- Primark
Shoes- Melissa
Bag- M&S Limited Collection

I'm living at my fella's mum's house this week while his dad's away so I've not got my camera with me, sorry! I'm loving my new shoes and handbag- yellow definitely isn't a 'me' colour but this pale yellow is super cute! I'm loving these Melissa shoes, they are so so comfy! They're my mini taste of Melissa before I get some Vivienne Westwood Melissa's (hopefuly when I get married!). This super cute box bag from M&S is stunning, unfortunately my purse doesn't fit in it which is rubbish so I need a solution. I wore this out shopping with my chum Dany, this dress is super comfy and I think it transcends the seasons (check me out). I'm so tired, I've got to wrap this up! Thanks for stopping by x

Haul.

I've just got back from shopping with my mama today and wanted to share my haul with y'all. I've gone a little bit OTT, but you only live once! I've got clothes and accessories from Topshop, Primark and Dorothy Perkins plus some makeup items from MAC, Primark and Topshop!

Gingham skirt (Topshop); Peach skirt (Primark); Hat (Topshop); Handbag (Primark); Shoes (Topshop); Socks (Dorothy Perkins).

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! So I got the gingham midi skirt and the mint green shoes from Topshop that were on my Payday Wishlist! Yayyyy! I'm officially in love with these shoes btw. I bought this wool floppy hat, I thought it'd look nice all year round and it's super glam and chic. I bought this bag from Primarni, I totally don't need another black handbag but I liked the size of this one, I might take it back yet though! I got these super cute frilly socks from Dorothy Perkins, I wanna wear them with the mint shoes!

Essie Nail Varnish in Splash Of Grenadine; Topshop Velvet Lips in Plush and Lip Varnish in High Times; MAC Blotting Powder in Light; MAC Lipstick in Heroine; Primark False Eyelashes.

So you can see a clear purple theme here guys, I'm obsessed! I finally got my mitts on MAC lipstick in Heroine which I cannot wait to use! I also bought the new Topshop Lip Varnish in High Times and the not-so-new Velvet a Lips in Plush. I forgot this bag in the top photo but it was from the kids section in H&M and I am in love! Eeeeeeee I've wanted a basket for ages now and this was only £2.99!

Basket bag (H&M kids).

My New Handbag (contains explicit images of a beautiful handbag).

Marks and Spencer Best of British NAME Handbag (£299).

I feel like this post should come with a 'Parental Advisory' warning because this is like handbag porn. I also feel like I need an inhaler every time I think of how much it cost for fear of fainting. I just want to state that I am not the kind of person to spend a lot of money on an item for myself, I tend to go for quantity rather than quality in the style stakes. I'm not going to sit here and justify spending £300 on a handbag because I honestly can't. So let's instead bask in the glorious light oft his beautiful bag.

I'm definitely a shoes and handbag girl which people who know me irl know to be true. I like a real statement bag or shoe but I tend to lean towards the bags because I don't wear heels that often. I also tend to go for black bags as they go with everything and are really classic but when I saw this baby blue leather piece I couldn't help myself. I saw it in M&S as part of their SS14 Best of British collection (see my post on the collection) and spent a lonngggggggg time deliberating over whether to get it. As with the rest of this collection, the bag was designed and manufactured in Britain. It's a classic satchel style handbag with two buckle strap fastenings on the front. It has a top handle but also comes with a long strap that you can attach and use as a should bag. Inside there is a zip pocket and two mobile phone sized pockets. It also has a pocket on the bag of the bag with an invisible magnetic close, perfect for train tickets etc.

I love how well made this bag is- the edges are finished beautifully and sealed to make it look super neat. All the interior pockets are trimmed with the baby blue leather which is super soft and luxurious. Now, I will state that normally I HATE gold hard wear on a bag, I think it can look cheap and tacky and I'm totally a silver/gunmetal girl. However, the gold metalwork on this bag is super polished and is a non-garish yellow which does look silvery in certain lights. I like the size of this bag, it's fairly small but it has a wide base so you can fit loads in it!

I'm super happy with this bag and I hope it's with me for many years to come. I can't believe I've written so much about one handbag! Thanks for stopping by x

H! by Henry by Holland Handbag.

I've just got back from shopping with my mum and couldn't wait to share with you something I've just bought. OMG, I just saw this bag and fell in love. It's from H! by Henry Holland in Debenhams and best of all it was in the sale!! It was one of those things where I didn't know it was in the sale until I got to the till; it should have been £25 but it was only £17.50! I saw it in both this beautiful powder blue and baby pink- I literally stood in the shop with one in either hand looking from one to the other for about ten minutes! Haha. I decided that the pink one was a bit too girly girl for me and thought the blue was a bit more unusual. It totally reminds me of LuLu Guinness handbags but for many less pennies! I'm officially ready for SS14 with this new purchase, bring it on! Thanks for stopping by x

Some Accessories of Mine.

Ring- Dorothy Perkins (real old)
Hair clip- Primark
Clutch- Select

I thought I'd share with you some of my favourite accessories. I wondered if you'd be interested in an accessories collection series so shoes, handbags, rings etc?- let m know in the comments below guys! I've had this ring for years now and it is stupidly huge but I love it! It's got a kind of night-sky super dark blue square stone as the centre piece on a black fancy ring. I think it's made of metal so it's super heavy but it's one of my fave rings ever. I bought this hair clip in the Primark sale for 50p and I love it! I never even saw it full price but I think it was still only around £2. I'm a massive fan of gunmetal and crosses so this ticks all the boxes for me. I like using it to clip my hair over to one side at the back and it's going to be a staple of mine for AW13.

So this clutch, what can I say? I've been lusting after Alexander McQueen products in general for years but the clutch bags especially! When I've seen replicas on the high street they're usually gold or super blingy which is a big no-no for me. So imagine how loud I squealed when I found this in Select for £10! Select is a shop I've only been in a handful of times but I must have got lucky on this occasion. It's basically got everything i love: skulls, black leather and silver studs. It's a decent size for a clutch, fitting in my going-out purse and my phone comfortably. So those are a few of my favourite things! I hope you like them, thanks for stopping by x

Topshop AW13 Accessories.

Ok so I've totally just discovered this app called Pic Collage for my iPad. Now bare with me peeps, I'm a total techno-phobe and these things are still new and exciting for me ha!  Anyway,I found this app for free and I've been having a play so I thought I'd share my first collage with you. Of course it's shopping inspired and with AW being my fave fashion season, I thought I'd get I some early inspiration. Er, basically, I want all of these. Items but mostly the shoes and the slouchy bag which are currently sitting dangerously in my online basket- eek. I just might treat myself though because they are gorgeous. Though I have no need whatsoever for new shoes or bags. I'm totally loving the grunge and punk inspired looks this AW, and I'm challenging myself to be less safe with my fashion choices and just totally embrace the creativity of it all. Thanks for stopping by x

P.s expect millions of these collages coming up!

Mint Madness.

So normally I'm a black clothes loving girl but this Spring, I've gone wild for mint: mint dresses; mint nails; mint accessories, everything! And the shop that I think is doing it best is the bargain-emporium that is Forever 21. I spied this dress which I think has a vintage feel to it with the faux wrap-around style; there were only three left and they were all Medium. Now I'm usually a Large in there but I gave it a try and it fits like a dream- I love it so much! This patent clutch was a total till-buy, I think it was around £8 but it's one of those hard-case clutch/purse hybrids with card slots etc. It's a lot bigger than some of the other ones I've seen and I just think it's super luxe looking. How cute is this mint pastel chain necklace? It's plastic rather than metal- am I the only one who hates really heavy jewellery? Finally, I bought this spiked bracelet which was stupidly cheap at around £4 so I couldn't say no really!

I'd love to know what your favourite colour is this Spring! Thanks for stopping by x

Ice-Cream Accessories.

Oh me oh my. It's ice-cream colours all the way for me this SS season- in clothes, nail varnish and above all, accessories! I thought I'd share with you a few items that I've fallen in love with. I'm so close to hitting the checkout button with these lilac shoes in my ASOS basket you have no idea. I feel conflicted because I've just bought my Jeffrey Campbells which I love but I think these would be lovely for the day time. It's a good job these blue bow shoes are way out of my price range at £54.99 otherwise I'd be considering buying them too! I like the classic shape and design of this ASOS bag but the pretty baby blue colour makes it look super on trend. I'm afraid though, the bag for me is still this mint New Look bag that I first fell in love with when I did my Worldwide Wardrobe competition entry. It's only £15 and I think it's so unusual and vintage looking, I don't know how much longer I can resist!

I hope you're all having a lovely bank holiday Monday- alas, I am working! Thanks for stopping by x

Primark Accessories Haul.

Skull Washbag £4; Polka Dot Clutch Purse £4; Sunglasses £2; Necklace £3 all from Primark.

I thought I'd show you a couple of things I picked up in Primark at the weekend. This skull bag has the same print as my faux-Alexander Wang Rocco bag that I use everyday for work. It has a silver skull zip-pull which I love- I couldn't say no for £4 really! I think it's technically a wash bag but I reckon I'll use it as a clutch bag as it's definitely big enough. I've never seen one of these clutch purses before (I've decided that's what they're called)- they're basically a hard case purse that has a holder for your phone, your cards and a tiny coin pouch and that's it, perfect for your night out essentials. I love the cream and black polka dot pattern but they had loads of different patterns in Primark. I don't need more sunglasses but I'm a little bit obsessed, and for £2 can you really blame me?! These beautiful lace print sunglasses are really different but they will go with everything and perk up any outfit. Finally, I bought this layered necklace with two faux crystal pendants and a faux arrow head pendant. It's super simple but it is great for dressing up a simple tshirt dress. I've posted some close-up shots to check out the detail. Hope you're all OK x
