Garnier have recently launched a new hair-care range entitled Ultimate Blends, catering for a variety of hair types and needs. Me being me, I went for the one that had my favourite scent (vanilla). The Silky Smoother range is targeted at "mid long hair with split ends", which is something I experience when my hair is overly processed (by me lol). They contain a blend of vanilla milk and papaya which just sounds divine! 

The shampoo and conditioner combo are lovely and leave the hair feeling silky soft and smelling delish! The Polishing Scrub is the product that intrigued me the most though- an exfoliator for your hair? Surely not! You better believe it chums! The idea is that you rub this onto the mid lengths to the ends of your hair to remove any split ends with the exfoliating particles. Then you leave it on for 1minute to soften and smooth your hair; I think this is a lovely treatment but I'm not 100% convinced it gets rid of split ends. I dunno, I'm just skeptical! These larger sized shampoo and conditioners were on offer recently so I bought another range to try so I'll keep you posted on that. Let me know if you've tried them and what you think! Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (£5.99, Boots).

I've been using this to cleanse my skin for a while now but I've only just got round to reviewing it! The Garnier Micellar Water is heralded as the high street alternative to the bloggers' favourite Bioderma- except you get a whopping 400ml for such a bargain price! I use this to remove my makeup on my lazy days when I get home from work at stupid o'clock and I can't be bothered using a gel cleanser and then exfoliating etc. 

I like the packaging of this product- it's super simple and it highlights the water-like product inside. The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is, as the name suggests, a clear water-like fluid. I use the Formula Eye Makeup Remover Lotion on a cotton pad to remove the majority of my eye makeup, then in use this Micellar Water on two cotton pads- the first takes of the majority of my makeup and the second gets rid of any left over nasties. I personally don't have sensitive skin but I hate the feeling of greasy products on my eyes; this Micellar Water doesn't sting or leave any residue whatsoever on my skin or eyes. It leaves my skin feeling clean but not stripped of any goodness or tight like some alcohol-based cleansers/toners do. The packaging claims that this 400ml bottle equates to 200 uses; I'd be mighty impressed if anyone actually checks this out for reals but I know I've used about a fifth over the past month which is good going! Overall, I'm super impressed and like I've said, I use this several times a week to remove my makeup- it's super quick and simple and inoffensive. Have you tried any Micellar Water products? Garnier Moisture Match Mattifying Fresh Cream (£5.99, Boots and Superdrug).

Garnier isn't a brand I've ventured into much before, I think mostly because they don't have a specific range for oily skin as far as I'm aware. A few months ago I bought this moisturiser in my quest for more affordable Skincare. The Moisture Match range caters for numerous Skincare needs including dry skin, dull skin etc; I obviously chose the option for oily skin. It's super cheap full price but I bought it on half price offer so it was a bargain. I think the box packaging is nice, it's informative and fresh looking but the packaging of the actual moisturiser itself is very boring and cheap looking. I like the fact that it's in a tube though- it makes it really easy to dispense. 

This product promises to deliver a shine free finish for oily skin. The moisturiser is more of a lotion than a cream which is good for oily skin, however I hate the formula of this product. I can't explain it very well, but when massaging it into my skin it kind of balls up into a texture like a primer. I don't like it! I'm sorry, I rarely do negative product reviews but I need to be a bit more balanced rather than just loving everything all the time! I don't find it hydrating nor Mattifying, I don't like the way it feels on my skin and I don't like the texture. To me, it let's down the side of high street Skincare compared with high end. Garnier Anti Dark Circles Tinted Eye Roll On.

Garnier Caffeine Anti Dark Circles Tinted 2-in-1 Eye Roll On in Fair (£10.19 currently on offer for £5.09 in Superdrug). 

I've noticed that since I've started working that my eyes are more tired and my dark circles are more pronounced. Don't get me wrong, I don't think they're horrendous- I know some people really suffer with dark circles- but I've personally noticed they've got a bit worse. I remembered the Garnier Roll On adverts and when I went into Superdrug, I saw that the Roll On's were on half price offer! Now what I didn't realise, is that the one I picked up was combined with a concealer and I'd actually bought the darkest shade ha! Once I realised, I returned and exchanged it for a lighter shade in Fair.

The roller ball applicator is a super cooling metal which glides smoothly across the delicate eye area and with it comes a thin concealer. The concealer element is actually much more pigmented than I anticipated. I haven't been needing to apply my regular concealer over the top. It's really soft, blendable and soothing on the eyes. But does it get rid of my dark circles? Well, not as far as I can tell no. It does cover the dark circles whilst your wearing it but I've not noticed any long-term benefits from using it. Having said that, I have been enjoying using it, I just don't think it lives up to it's claims.

In a nutshell: More of a concealer than an eye-treatment in my opinion.
