Awapuhi Wild Ginger Texturizing Sea Spray (from July Glossybox).
I've never used a texturizing spray before as I've always preferred to use a combination of backcombing and hair spray. I really like the black packaging with the silver and minty writing. The spray has a really nice gingery earthy smell which is unusual for a hair product but I really like it. I've been spraying it onto blow-dried hair and found it to give it a beachy, second-day texture to it. My hair is naturally wavy and this spray gives it a kind of semi-stiffness to make it look a bit more grungy straight after washing rather than perfectly smooth and sleek. Unfortunately, with my hair the way it is at the minute I'm not wearing it down an awful lot except for when I wear my extensions. However, I'm looking forward to using this a lot when my hair's back to it's former glory. I really like the texture it adds to my hair and is perfect for rustling up in a messy beachy kind of way. I think it's about a tenner for the full size product which I would probs consider buying in the future as I don't think £10 is that unreasonable. Have you tried any texturizing hair products?
